IS THERE A MINIMUM PARTY SIZE?

There is no minimum, small birthdays of 20 people to weddings of up to 300 can be accommodated.  If your having a small get together I can help you with some simple music selections or give you some ideas. Some music services offer free trials or are low cost if you want a set it and forget it type of evening. There's even great speaker rentals you can find locally check out www.longandmquade.com and I can help you set it all up if need be. Or if you need someone to take care of it all, we are more than happy to help.

 

HOW DO I PLACE A SERVICE ORDER?

Placing a service request or a getting a quote is easy, leave me a message on the form found at the top of this page or click on my contact information for access to my direct line. I'm available for calls Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm, remember to have some details ready, the number of guests and location being most important. I can meet locally anywhere in the Fraser Valley.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM RATE?

A rate of $350 is minimum, that a set of speakers brought to your location including set up and take down. This also includes an iPod with at least a 5 hour playlist customized to your preferences. Of course any, phone or device with an AUX jack can be played, shall the need arise. A great resource for full playlists and easy music searches is www.spotify.com. For a full DJ set up the minimum cost is $575 for a small party or venue lasting 4 to 5 hours with no more than 50 guests. Any travel outside of Abbotsford may increase cost depending on distance. WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

The more time ahead of any schedule you plan your music the better the end result. The ideal amount of time being 3 months, of course that isn't always the case. Plans change, people cancel if you need help and even if your event is a week away we can make it happen. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Things do happen and sometimes the best made plan just doesn't work out. 1 months notice of cancellation is required. A cancellation leaves opportunity with ample time to rebook if required. A quick phone call or email is all thats required, no fees, no hidden contract charge.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Once the contract is finalized and pricing has been agreed upon a returnable deposit will be taken on signing. The outstanding balance can be handled with a Cash, Cheque or E-mail money transfer in advance or day of. Whichever suits your needs best.
